Spinz Gym
Training Safety Acknowledgment
This acknowledgment sets the safety expectations for using Spinz Gym training, nutrition, recovery, and performance resources.
Version 2026-09-18.1
1. Exercise involves risk
Physical training can involve fatigue, soreness, falls, strains, aggravation of prior injuries, and other risks. The safest exercise selection and intensity can differ by athlete, training history, environment, equipment, and current health status.
2. Stop when something is wrong
Stop training and seek appropriate help when you experience severe or unusual pain, chest pain, fainting, significant breathing difficulty, a suspected serious injury, or another symptom that makes continued exercise unsafe. The Spinz Gym platform is not an emergency service.
3. Injury and medical guidance
Tell your coach about relevant injuries, restrictions, surgery, rehabilitation instructions, or medical guidance that could affect training. A training plan does not override instructions from a qualified healthcare professional.
4. Training environment
Use suitable space, equipment, footwear, hydration, supervision, and spotting when appropriate. Do not attempt an exercise, load, jump, drill, or progression that you cannot perform safely in your current environment.
5. Nutrition and recovery guidance
Nutrition and recovery resources are educational coaching tools and are not individualized medical nutrition therapy. Members with medical conditions, allergies, eating disorder concerns, medication questions, or clinically significant symptoms should seek qualified professional care.
6. Communication responsibility
Accurate coaching depends on accurate information. You agree to communicate meaningful changes in pain, injury status, restrictions, or other circumstances that could change the safety of your assigned work.
7. No guarantee
No exercise program can eliminate all risk or guarantee a specific athletic, health, recovery, or performance result.
