Privacy Notice

The platform may collect account and contact information; assessment and onboarding responses; training plans and workout logs; progress and scorecard data; injury, pain, recovery, nutrition, food, hydration, and weight information you choose to provide; messages; photos; push notification subscription data; and technical/security information needed to operate the service.

Information is used to create and manage accounts, personalize coaching, deliver workouts and resources, review progress, communicate with athletes and parents, support safety and account recovery, maintain platform security, troubleshoot issues, and improve the service.

Some coaching records can include information about injuries, pain, nutrition, body weight, recovery, or other personal circumstances. Spinz Gym uses this information for coaching and platform operations. The platform is not a medical record system and should not be used for emergencies.

Spinz Gym may use service providers for application hosting, databases, file or media storage, email delivery, security, analytics, communications, and other infrastructure. Providers receive only the information reasonably needed to perform their services and are subject to their own contractual and security obligations.

Self service registration is limited to people age 13 or older. Challenge registration for an athlete under 18 requires a parent or guardian to accept the current terms, privacy notice, and training safety acknowledgment on the athlete's behalf. Athletes under 13 require a parent led, manually reviewed enrollment before Spinz Gym collects their account information.

Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to provide coaching and platform services, maintain security and account history, meet accounting or legal obligations, resolve disputes, and preserve versioned consent records. Retention periods can differ by record type.

Spinz Gym uses administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect platform information, including authenticated access, role based boundaries, secure password handling, rate limiting, encrypted transport, and infrastructure security controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

You may ask Spinz Gym to correct account information, discuss account closure, or ask questions about platform data handling through the coaching contact available to you. Some information may need to be retained for security, legal, accounting, or consent record purposes after an account is closed.

Material privacy changes may result in a new document version and may require a new acknowledgment before continued use of affected platform features.

This notice covers the Spinz Gym digital platform. Separate forms or notices may apply to in person services, payment processors, facilities, teams, events, or third party services used outside the platform.
